I’ve walked weekly with ‘Walkie-Talkie’ since late 2019. It started with me needing a walking companion following a hip operation. I needed someone reliable next to me as I made my first steps. Two years later I needed the same confidence following an eye operation. We now have a target of 3.5 miles in our 75 minute weekly meets.
